Amazing stay, will be back!
Oh my goodness, I just had the most incredible time at Country International Hotel! I booked a Junior Suite for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The room was beautiful, super clean, and so comfortable. The swimming pool access was a dream, I spent so much time there. Everything was just top-notch. I'm already planning my next trip back to Barranquilla just to stay here again. I'm telling all my friends and family they HAVE to check this place out!
Quick stop, clean room
Booked a Twin Room for one night. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Gym Facilities were a nice bonus. Room service was fast. Good for a short stay.
Good hotel, shuttle could be quicker
I stayed in a Standard Room and found it to be clean and well-maintained. The Buffet Breakfast was a definite plus, a good variety of options to start the day. The location felt safe, which is always important. My only minor complaint was the Airport Shuttle service; it took a bit longer than I expected to get to the hotel after my flight landed, maybe 45 minutes even though the airport isn't that far. The staff at the front desk were polite and check-out was efficient. Overall, a solid choice for a stay, but plan a little extra time if you're relying on their shuttle from the airport.
Detailed wedding planning experience
We used Country International Hotel for our wedding planning services and held the reception in the Imperial Hall. From the initial inquiry about available dates to the final day, the planning team was really helpful. They guided us through the Event Catering options and worked with us on custom decorations. The Imperial Hall itself was spacious and elegant, just as we envisioned. Our guests loved the food and the overall ambiance. There was a minor hiccup with the sound system during cocktail hour, but it was resolved quickly. We also booked a block of rooms for out-of-town guests, and the check-in process for them seemed smooth. Communication was consistent throughout, and they really delivered a memorable event for us. It really made our special day less stressful knowing they had things handled.
Decent business trip experience
Stayed in an Executive Room for a work trip last month. It was pretty good, you know? Got my work done, the Business Center Access was handy for printing some stuff. Breakfast was included, which was a nice touch. It was close to where I needed to be for meetings. Nothing super fancy but totally comfortable and got the job done.
